We keep current of market trends and transactions throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area along with the local school ratings.
Personal
Richard & MaryAnn were born and raised in a small community in Upstate New York. After high school Richard joined the United States Navy where he served his country for 21 years and traveled throughout the United States. While serving he also received his bachelors degree in business. In August of 1997 Richard's final duty station landed him and his family in the Dallas Fort Worth Area where he managed the Navy's Largest Recruiting District. Upon retirement in February 2002, Richard and MaryAnn's decision to remain in the Dallas/Fort Worth area was driven by all that the Dallas/Fort Worth has to offer. Entering corporate America, Richard found himself in the real estate industry where he quickly became a top producer with a brand name real estate company. Richard's desire to provide a superior level of customer service to his clients challenged him to obtain his brokers license and open his own real estate company. MaryAnn's career in real estate started with her employment at a title company. Her desire to help grow a real estate and property management company with Richard prompted her to leave the title company in July of 2004 and join Richard as a licensed real estate agent and office manager. Together Richard and MaryAnn own and operate a growing office in Southwest Arlington and serve clients throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Richard and MaryAnn's mission is to provide a superior level of customer service to their clients with honesty and integrity. | |
